I love all the BMC sets. This set is more 1/29 - 1/24 scale. These are great plastic figures , inexpensive a real variety of figures the kind you can knock down with rubber bands or marbles or what ever ammo you choose. This set is very versatile as you can model other battles with them. You can use the British figures along with some figures for the Alamo set to recreate the Battle of New Orleans. This set has gun emplacements and mortars, complete with G. Washington and Continentals (blue), the French (white), Cornwallis and British (red). Great way to teach history and spend time with your Children. Don't forget the other battles of the War for American Independence. These figures can be used to reenact any number of Revolutionary battles and the French and Indian war also Known as the Seven Year War in Europe. They can also be used in The Napoleonic wars. you can buy extra canon sets separately and figure sets and create some really great battles and then knock them all down and set them back up .
