This gadget helps when making hard or unlevel landings. The key to getting this device to fit properly is to strap each pole to the uprights of the landing gear. This item provides a wider more stable landing base for your helicopter.
While these little helicopters fly in an excellent manner, training is needed. While learning, invariably there will be times when you will be making emergency landings. Because of the small area of the helicopter's actual gear, one off horizontal landing can result in the blades and possibly the motor shafts getting damaged.
If you are a beginner do NOT even attempt to fly your helicopter without one of these strapped on securely to it.
