Customer Review: Looks good, feels soft, but not nearly as fluffy as the real thing

This chinchilla got the look of the face and the shape of the body right. Visually, it's the best stuffed representation I've seen of a chinchilla (there aren't many out there.) And it is soft.
But, for a chinchilla, I'd expect the fur to be much longer, and the tail to be bushier. It feels nice, but the fur is no longer than you'd find on any other stuffed animal. On a real chinchilla, the fur is extremely long and dense, and makes up a large portion of the body volume. Also, I'd expect the tail to be long and bushy.
Obviously, I understand that this is supposed to be a stuffed toy, and not the real thing, but a chinchilla's fur is possibly the species' most distinguishing feature, so I'd expect it to be more representative. The tail is an empty sack of furry fabric, so they could have at least stuffed it to add volume.
Also, it doesn't sit upright very well. There's a little bit of plastic "beans" in the bottom, but the rest is regular stuffing.
Overall, it's cute enough to remind me of the chinchilla I once had. But I'll keep searching for a better representation.
