Toys and Games Reviews of Loaded Questions

Customer Review: Excellent fun!
Summary: 5 Stars

I read a few other reviews and noticed that some people find this game boring. I really don't know why. I played this with my husband and 4 other friends and we had a blast! We have all known each other for 5 or more years, so sometimes it was easy to pick who said what, but often times we each got stumped. For people who played this with close friends who said they got bored - they obviously are not trying hard enough! The point of the game is to guess who said what, but each player should also be trying to foil the other players. Of course there are the wrong people to play this with - if I played it with my mom, it would probably be boring and un-enjoyable. With this game you should push yourself to be creative with your answers because that is what makes it so much more interesting.

Customer Review: Fun for parties and learning about your friends
Summary: 4 Stars

We originally purchased this game for game nights with friends of ours. The questions supplied (there is an expansion box of questions available now, too) ask a wide variety of questions that will really open up your inner workings to your fellow players if you are honest.

Overall, we have gotten more enjoyment and entertainment by just taking out the cards and reading them aloud, pondering the answers given. Questions like "What is your favorite beer" are easy, toss-up questions, but the more diffcult, introspective questions are the real meat of what makes the game more interesting.

This game is best suited for adults, and would make a great party game for any kind of game night when you finally get tired of Trivial Pursuit or Cranium, themselves excellent, wonderful games.

Customer Review: Not Bad, but not what I was Expecting
Summary: 2 Stars

Overall "Loaded Questions" is not a bad game, but it lacks the type of questions I had expected. Really the game in concept and organization is fine, but some of the questions are simply boring not "loaded". For example: "What kind of deodorant do you wear?" and "How many pairs of jeans do you own?" would fall into the `who cares' category for me. We played the other night with friends and finally got so tired of the boring questions we started making up our own. We had a few good laughs out of the games questions, but really had fun with some seriously loaded questions. However, I would like to see a version of this game with truly loaded questions and less questions that I could care less about. I would say this game is great for early teens but lacks the punch for adults.

Customer Review: Loaded with Fun
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this game on a whim from a local gaming store (sorry Amazon) on the recommendation from one of those nerdy game store employees who has played every single board game in the world. I needed a game that would not only help break the ice with a diverse crowd, but at the same time pass the strict standards set by some of my close friends who are also gaming snobs. It was the perfect game for that night and we have played it many times since. The questions are quite revealing, but fun at the same time. The only problem is that my wife and I have played together so many times now (I mean Loaded Questions) that we know all of each other's answers and lies. We're looking forward to a supplemental addition to the cards like Trivia Pursuit. How about it?

Customer Review: Laughed so hard...
Summary: 5 Stars

My family are avid board game players, and we absolutely love this game. We are a family of smart asses and it feeds right into our sense of humor. You answer the loaded questions (e.g. What is your best body part? What do you wish you never had to hear about again? What rich person do you think doesn't deserve it?) and try to guess who gave which answer. We work inside jokes into the questions and often answer sarcastically or try to throw each other off with answers we think others would give. Sometimes the person reading the answers cannot even get through them for laughing so hilariously. It depends on the group but I've nearly wet myself everytime I've played this.
