Toys and Games Reviews of Sea Ventures RMS Titanic
battery powered-Adjustable RudderCustomer Review: Sea master titanic Summary: 4 Stars
Well when I first tried to buy this from mega hobby, it didn't ship 4 weeks so I cancelled. then i ordered it again but this time it had a shorter shipping date. It came today 12/21/09, and well it was smaller than I expected but didn't disappoint. It goes in the water fine, but it is like it kinda goes above the water line but thats fine. It doesn't exactly look like the titanic, but if you paint it alittle I think that would be an improvment
Customer Review: surprisingly fast Summary: 4 Stars
My son is very happy with this ship. We are surprised at how fast it moves even thought is has a very small propeller. It does seem that the four tiny screws that have to be removed to install the batteries are starting to rust, but fortunately they provide four extra screws in the hull of the ship, taped to the bottom, I suppose these are to replace rusted or lost screws. It also seems that the hull is water tight.
Customer Review: Not a bad Titanic toy Summary: 5 Stars
I've always wanted a battery powered Titanic to use in some of the local ponds around here. Radio controlled Titanics are just to expensive for me. But this fit the bill. Not a bad model of the Titanic. If you build models, you can take out your paints and improve some of the details (like painting in the windows). I've had fun with it, and that's all I was looking for.
Customer Review: Best Christmas Present Summary: 5 Stars
It won't last forever, but while it is around, it is the best toy for kids who are obsessed with the Titanic. My grandson had one years ago and when it was destroyed he pined for another one. Last Christmas he got it, and at the age of 9, he said that it was his best Christmas present ... and he got a computer, too!
Customer Review: Sea Master RMS Titanic Action Summary: 2 Stars
We gave this to our son for his 6th birthday. He is intrigued by the Titanic, and loved this toy. It was great for him to use in the tub or the pool, but the on/off swithch broke after 2 weeks. He still uses it and doesn't seem to mind that it won't "drive" anymore. For the price I paid, I'm not too upset either.
