A co-worker bought this for me after I complained one too many times about our boss "giving me the gherkin". Mr. Pickle, as we like to call him, became our office mascot, and anytime one of us felt we were getting the shaft, we'd sound this pickle like a cry for help. As time passed, he acquired a cowboy hat and wig, so he looks like a rock star of sorts. Well, he is to us at least!Customer Review: Quick pick-me-up

Any time you're feeling a little down, just push the button. How can you not smile at a yodeling pickle?? My 3 yr old grandson (who called it a "singing picker")loved it so much he wore it out. I've given several as gifts, now I'm getting a new one for myself. I kept it in the car and any time some a-hole cut me off, I pushed the button. THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A CUTE GAG GIFT, DUMBEST THING ON THE PLANET!!!!! HAS A 12 SECOND YODEL AND IT'S ONLY ONE VERSE. JUST AWFUL WILL SEND BACK ASAP. My Aunt bought several of these at Christmas.. they have been a laugh riot. Really silly idea that brings out the question.. who thinks of these things? One item did not work on delivery and newburycomics.com made a refund with absolutely no hassle at all even including a percentage of the shipping fee.Customer Review: Yodelling Picklw

It is the ingongruity of of a realistic looking pickle and the strong yodelling voice that comes out when you press the button that makes this toy so funny. When someone in the family deserves a thumbs-up, we often reward them with a yodel from the pickle. Good to have some silliness in the house.
